Allendale, Mich. - The University of Findlay men's golf team was back in action on Wednesday, Sep. 17 for the last day of the 2025 Folds of Honor Challenge at the Meadows Club, hosted by Grand Valley State University. The Oilers would record a final round team score of 293 (+11), and finish seventh in the event.
Ross Dietz built off of his strong day two, finishing the event with a 70 (-1). The freshman would finish the event at nine-over, securing a tie for 24th.
Also having a strong day was
Luke Metzger, as the senior recorded three birdies and an eagle on his way to a 71 (E). Metzger would finish tied for 20th.
Cahle Roth would finish with a 74 (+3) on the final day, placing him in a tie for 30th.
Zach Miller, who was competing as an individual in the tournament, also recorded three birdies and an eagle for a 73 (+2). The senior finished the event in a tie for 28th.
The Oilers will be back in action on Monday, Sep.29, as they are in Indiana to play in the Fall Midwest Collegiate. The event will take place at Rock Hollow Golf Club.
