Indianapolis, Ind.- Senior Camilo Marrugo was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week as released by the conference office on Tuesday, Jan. 20. Marrugo led the eighth-ranked men's swimming and diving teams to a 106-99 win over the 16th-ranked Wayne State Warriors.

The Soledad, California, native captured the 100 fly with a time of 49.99 seconds and helped the team win the 200 medley relay in 1:31.69 and the 200 free relay in 1:23.53.

This marks Marrugo's second G-MAC Athlete of the Week honor of the season and the fourth of his career.
