Norman, Okla.- The University of Findlay men's golf team will begin their 2026-27 campaign receiving votes in the Preseason Bushnell/Golfweek DII Coaches' Poll. This marks the first time the Oilers have appeared in the poll since receiving votes in April 2026, with Findlay's last top-25 ranking coming in February 2023 when the Oilers were ranked no. 23 to begin the spring season.
Last season, the men's golf team captured the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Championship before placing 13th at the NCAA Super Regional. The Oilers return three of their top five finishers from those events, including G-MAC Freshman of the Year
Ross Dietz and All-G-MAC selections
Cahle Roth and
Colin Schadek.
The Oilers will kick off their fall season Monday, Sep. 14 in Allendale, Mich. for the Midwest/ Central Region Preview. That two-day event will be played at the Meadows at Grand Valley State University.
