2025-26 - Won the 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday (17:37.93)... Placed fourth in the 5000m (17:42.51) and seventh in the mile (5:05.75) at the G-MAC Indoor Championship... Finished fifth in the 5000m (17:36.73) at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship... Clocked a personal-best time of 17:34.76 in the 5000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic... Finished fourth in the 5000m at the SVSU Holiday Open & Multis (17:46.45) and fourth in the mile at the Hillsdale College Wide Track Classic (5:05.63)... Placed 10th in the 5000m (18:07.30) at the Oliver Nikoloff.
2024-25 - Won the 3000m run at the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic (indoor) with a 10:22.23...Set personal best in the 5k (indoor) at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing fourth with a 17:45.33...Took fifth in the mile at the G-MAC Indoor Championship with a 17:49.34...Finished seventh in the 5k at the G-MAC Outdoor Championhsip with a 17:52.91.
2023-24 - Did not participate in track and field.
2022-23- Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Finished fifth in the mile at the Great Midwest Indoor Championship with a time of 5:00.04... Holds the program record in the indoor mile with a time of 5:00.04... Named second team all-conference in the DMR.
2021-22- Took second in the 3000m steeplechase at the Mike Becraft Invitational... Finished third in the mile at the Findlay Alumni Classic & Elite Throws... Took ninth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Great Midwest Outdoor Championship.
