Justin Fisher is entering his first season as an assistant track and field coach during the 2023-24 season.

Fisher came to Findlay from Division III, Illinois College where he spent four seasons assisting the track and field programs. In 2022, Fisher led Will Ross to the NCAA DII Outdoor T&F Championships. Ross would claim the national title in the triple jump with a mark of 15.31m.

Before his tenure at Illinois College he competed for, graduated from, and coached for Wittenberg University.
