2024-25 - Won the DMR at the G-MAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (indoor)...Named first team all-G-MAC during the indoor season...Placed 3rd in the 1500m at the G-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (outdoor) with a season-best time of 3:50.13...Finished 3rd in the 5000m at the 2025 Oliver Nikoloff (outdoor) with a time of 14:25.37...Placed 3rd in the mile at the Ashland Jud Logan Light Giver (indoor) with a season-best time of 4:03.93...Ran on the DMR squad that set a school record with a time of 9:41.39 at the GVSU Big Meet (indoor)...Named Academic All-District by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).

2023-24 - Named second team all-G-MAC in the mile during the indoor season after finishing runner-up at the G-MAC Championship with a time of 4:07.13...Was named second team all-G-MAC during the outdoor season after a runner-up in the 10k at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 31:11.65.

2022-23 - Earned second team all-American in the mile during the indoor season...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Named indoor all-region by the USTFCCCA in both the distance medley relay and the mile run...Set program record in the indoor mile with a time of 4:04.69...Member of program record setting distance medley relay squad with a time of 9:49.66...Set program record in the outdoor 1,500m run with a 3:48.65...G-MAC Indoor Champion in the distance medley relay during the indoor season...Named first team all-G-MAC during the indoor season.

2021-22- Named second team all-conference for both the indoor and outdoor season... Finished runner-up in the 5000m at the Great Midwest Outdoor Championship... Finished runner-up in the 3000m at the G-MAC Indoor Championship...Named Division II All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
