2023-24 - Named first team all-American in the 4x400m relay during the indoor season with a seventh place finish at the NCAA DII National Championship...First team all-American in the 400H, 4x100 relay, and 4x400 relay during the outdoor season...Named DII Midwest Region Track Athlete of the Year during the outdoor season...G-MAC Champion in the 4x400m relay during the indoor season...G-MAC Champion in the 400H and the 4x100 relay during the outdoor season...First team all-G-MAC during both the indoor and outdoor campaigns...Set the program record in the 400H during the outdoor season (58.11)...CSC First Team Academic All-American.

2022-23 - Earned all-American during the outdoor season in the 400m hurdles, finishing seventh with a 59.70...Named USTFCCCA all-region in the 60m hurdles during the indoor season...Named second team all-G-MAC during the indoor season...Twice named G_MAC Athlete of the Week...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Member of indoor distance medley relay squad that set program record with 11:46.80...Set a personal best in the 400 hurdles with a 59.61 at the Jesse Owens Classic...Finished runner-up at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship in the 400 hurdles.

2021-22- Named all-region by the USTFCCCA during the indoor and outdoor seasons... Earned second team all-conference during both the indoor and outdoor campaigns... Qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor National Championship in the 400m hurdles... Finished runner-up in the 60H at the G-MAC Indoor Championship... Took runner-up honors in the 400H at the Great Midwest Outdoor Championship...Named Division II All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
