2022-23 -Â Named USTFCCCA All-Region in the 4x400 during the indoor season...Named second team all-G-MAC in the 4x400 in the indoor season...Finished second in the 400 hurdles with a personal record of 52.52 at the Harrison Dillard Twilight Outdoor.
