Biography
2025-26 - Won the 200m (21.07) and the 4x100m relay (40.37) to earn first team all-conference honors, while finishing runner-up in the 4x400m relay (3:14.22) and third in the 400m (47.41) at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship...Earned first team all-conference honors at the G-MAC Indoor Championship after winning the 200m (21.40) and finishing runner-up in the 400m with a personal-best 47.26...Won the 200m in the finals at both the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open (21.30) and the Oiler Opener & Multi (22.10)...Won the 300m with a personal-best 35.19 and placed first in the 4x400m relay (3:26.91) at the Findlay Alumni Classic...Set a personal best of 6.94 in the 60m prelims at the Oiler Opener & Multi...Won the 4x100m relay at both the Oliver Nikoloff (40.22) and the Hillsdale College Tune-Up (40.74).
2024-25 - Second team all-American in the 4x100 (outdoor)...First team all-G-MAC (indoor)...Second team all-G-MAC (outdoor)...Runner-up in both the 200m (20.91) and 400m (47.57) at the G-MAC Outdoor Championships (outdoor)...Won the 200m at the Hillsdale Tune-Up (20.95, outdoor)...Placed 2nd in the 200m at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational (21.25, outdoor) and 3rd at the Hillsdale Last Chance (21.14, outdoor)...Ran in the 4x100m relay to a 2nd-place finish at G-MACs (40.71, outdoor)...Captured the DMR title at the G-MAC Indoor Championships (9:46.66)...Ran on the DMR squad that set a school record (9:41.39) at the GVSU Big Meet (indoor)...Also took 3rd in the 200m (21.51) and 4th in the 4x400m (3:15.63) at G-MAC Indoors.
2023-24 - Second team all-American in the 4x100 relay, finishing 10th with a 40.38 at the NCAA DII Outdoor National Championship...First team all-G-MAC Outdoor in the 4x100 relay.
2022-23 - Finished first in the 200m at the Findlay Alumni Classic with a 22.54...Finished third in the 200m atthe Penn State National Open with a persona best 22.15.
Prep- Named all-conference eight times... Won the regional championship six times... Four time state champion.
