2024-25 - G-MAC Indoor Champion in the indoor distance medley relay...Set program record as member of the indoor distance medley relay team (9:41.39)...Set outdoor 1500m record with a time of 3:46.19 at the Harrison Dillard Twilight...Qualified for the NCAA DII Indoor National Championship in the 800m, finishing 18th...Also participated in the DMR at the Indoor National Championship, finishing 11th.

2023-24 - Named second team all-G-MAC in the distance medley relay during the indoor season...Took fourth in the 1500m run at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a 3:49.19...Finished fourth in the mile at the G-MAC Indoor Championship with a PR of 4:08.99...Was runner-up as part of the distance medley relay squad at the G-MAC Indoor Championship.

2022-23 - Named all-region in the DMR during the indoor season...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Earned first team all-G-MAC in the DMR during the indoor season...Won G-MAC title as member of the DMR squad that ran a 9:49.66, a time which also established a new program record in the event...Finished sixth in the 800m at the G-MAC Indoor Championship with a time of 1:53.07...Took third in the mile at the Flag City Indoor Open.

2021-22 - Finished second in the distance medley relay at the Ashland Jud Logan Light Giver Open Collegiate Indoor... Came in third at teh Findlay Alumni Classic and Elite Throws...Named Division II All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
