2024-25 - Placed 3rd in the 3000m steeplechase at the G-MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (outdoor) with a time of 11:07.76…Took 2nd in the steeplechase at the BSU - We Fly Challenge (outdoor) in 11:11.10 and 4th at the Virginia Challenge (outdoor) in 11:14.03…Won the mile at the 2025 Flag City Tune-Up (indoor) in 5:13.07 and the 5000m at the GVSU Big Meet (indoor) in 18:22.04…Captured the 3000m title at the 2024 Flag City Tune-Up (indoor) in 10:23.82.
2023-24 - G-MAC Outdoor Champion in the 3000m steeplechase with a personal best of 11:06.03...First team all-G-MAC during the outdoor season.
