2024-25 - Selected to the 2024-25 Winter Allstate NACDA Good Works Team as one of just 20 athletes in the country across all divisions...Finished third in the 5k at the G-MAC Indoor Championship with a personal best 14:45.34...Finished sixth in the 10k at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a personal best of 31:18.32.
2023-24 - Finished ninth in the 10k at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a PR of 32:10.80...Finished 12th in the 5k at the G-MAC Indoor Championship with a PR of 15:09.52.
2022-23 - Finished third in the 5,000m at the Tiffin Carnival with a 15:36.25.
2021-22- Finished fourth at the Flag City Open in the men's mile with a personal best time of 4:37.59.
