2025-26 - Earned All-American honors at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship with a sixth-place finish in the 400m hurdles, clocking a personal-best time of 59.25, and a seventh-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:37.84)... Also earned All-American honors at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championship after placing fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:41.15)... Earned first-team all-Conference honors after winning both the 400m hurdles (1:01.25) and the 4x400m relay (3:42.19) at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship...Placed sixth in the 400m (56.68) at the G-MAC Indoor Championship...Won the 400m hurdles at both the Lee University Last Chance (59.96) and the GVSU Last Day Meet (1:00.69)...Won the 400m with a personal-best time of 55.94 at the Hillsdale College Tune-Up...Won the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:20.73 at the Hillsdale College Wide Track Classic...Helped win 4x400m relays at the Lee University Last Chance (3:39.36), GVSU Big Meet-Friday (3:41.51), Hillsdale College Wide Track Classic (3:57.03), Findlay Alumni Classic (4:09.35), and Oiler Opener & Multi (4:11.96)... 2024-25 - Named second team all-G-MAC in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...Relay alternate at the NCAA DII Indoor National Championship...Set meet record at the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open with a 1:03.46 in the 400m hurdles...Finished runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship...Finished eighth in the 100m hurdles at the G-MAC Outdoor Championship with a season-best time of 15.04.
