Chad Wagner is in his 23rd year as the strength and conditioning coach for the University of Findlay athletic department.

While at Findlay, Coach Wagner's impact has been felt by each of the department's 22 teams as he has headed up the strength and conditioning efforts for all 22 programs since 2000.

Under his guidance, teams have gone on to win more than 40 conference championships, regular season or tournament, and have produced nearly a thousand all-conference awards. Wagner has also been key in the training of more than 250 all-Americans including 31 individual national championships and two team national championships.

Wagner was a four-year letter winner in baseball for the Oilers from 1996-2000 and finished his career second in the all-time record books with a .372 career average.  During his senior season, Wagner was named first team all-GLIAC and was a NAIA all-Great Lakes Region selection as a junior in 1999.

He graduated in 2000 from Findlay with a degree in strength and conditioning and currently resides in Findlay with his wife, Cara, and their sons, Collin and Max, and daughter, Macey.
