Tiffin, Ohio – The University of Findaly men's soccer team saw the 2025 season come to an end on Thursday, Nov. 13 in the semifinals of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Tournament. Taking on the top seed and host No. 23 Tiffin University, the Oilers allowed a pair of second half goals and ultimately fell by a score of 2-0. Findlay ends the year with a 9-6-4 record while the Dragons improve to 12-2-4. Tiffin will take on Kentucky Wesleyan College which earlier today upset No. 17 Cedarville 1-0, handing the Yellow Jackets their first loss of the season.
Tiffin held the advantage for much of the game and, in the first half, outshot the Oilers 12-to-3. However, neither team was able to score, sending the contest into the break at 0-0.
In the second half, the Dragons scored in just under four minutes to take a 1-0 advantage. That lead doubled six minutes later.
Findlay, which was outshot in the game 26-to-6, had a trio of corner kicks in the 77th minute, but none found the net as TU's defense forced an 11th shutout this season.
