Findlay, Ohio - The University of Findlay Athletics Department has announced the promotion of Jeff Westmeyer to the Director of Tennis. Westmeyer has been at Findlay since 2018 and has spent the last five seasons as the head women's tennis coach.

"Coach Westmeyer has been a cornerstone of Oilers Tennis for the past seven years, and we are proud to elevate him to this new leadership role," said Director of Athletics Jim Givens. "His unwavering commitment to the sport and to the development of our student-athletes has been evident throughout his tenure. We have absolute confidence that, as Director of Tennis, he will continue to drive excellence both on the court and within our community."

The women's tennis team, under Westmeyer, has earned trips to the NCAA DII Regional in each of the previous four seasons.
