Findlay, Ohio- The University of Findlay cheerleading team will host an open tryout for the 2026-27 basketball season, providing students with an opportunity to join the Oilers and be part of the game-day experience.

The team is looking for students who are enthusiastic, committed and ready to contribute to the program. Stunting and tumbling experience is preferred, but students of all experience levels are encouraged to attend and showcase their skills.

Joining the cheerleading team is a great opportunity to represent the University of Findlay, support the Oilers at basketball games and be part of a competitive and energetic team environment. Scholarships are also available for eligible student-athletes.
