Erie, Pa. - The University of Findlay men's tennis team started its' spring break by defeating Edinboro University 5-1 on March 1, 2026.

The Oilers captured the doubles point by winning two of three matches, with Matthis Veniard and Soh Kuyama winning 6-4 at No. 2 and Nicolo Lippolis and Runa Kagoshima taking No. 3 by 6-2. Clement Andrieu and Grant Hawkins fell 4-6 at No. 1.

In singles, Findlay won four matches. Clement Andrieu triumphed 2-6, 6-2, 6-2 at No. 1; Kuyama prevailed 3-6, 7-6, 6-1 at No. 2; Veniard earned a 6-3, 6-4 decision at No. 3; and Aleksander Ivancevic won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 4. Maxwell Hosey fell 6-2, 7-6, 7-6 at No. 6. The No. 5 match went unfinished.
