Sierra Tom was promoted to head coach of the women's soccer program on April 5, 2024 and will be entering her third season in the role in 2026.
In her first two seasons as head coach, she has guided 10 players to All-Conference honors, including six First-Team selections, and coached the 2025 Great Midwest Freshman of the Year in Addison Williams. She has also developed three All-Region honorees: Sydney Noble (Division II Conference Commissioners Association and United Soccer Coaches 2025 NCAA Division II Women’s All-Region) and Avary Ziesloft and Jenna Rybicki (United Soccer Coaches 2025 NCAA Division II Women’s All-Region).
Tom served as Findlay's assistant coach for two seasons. During her time as an assistant, she led the team to a record of 21-11-7, including an 18-6-4 record in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play. In her two years as assistant, the team won 10 and 11 games, respectively. Both seasons ended in the second round of the G-MAC Championship Tournament. Under her guidance as assistant, players have picked up seven all-conference awards, two all-region awards, and a pair of major conference awards that included the 2022 Elite 26 Award and 2023 G-MAC Goalkeeper of the Year.
Tom came to Findlay after spending time as an assistant at Ohio Northern University where she helped lead the program to a 14-5-3 record and an appearance in the NCAA Division III National Tournament. The team also won the Ohio Athletic Conference championship.
A 2020 graduate from the University of Findlay, Sierra was a four-year varsity letter winner for the women's soccer team. During her athletic career, Perry was a senior captain, led the team to their first NCAA DII tournament appearance, and named an all-conference player.
The Findlay, Ohio, native earned an undergraduate degree from Findlay in Animal Science in 2020. She currently resides in Findlay with her husband, Colton.
