The University of Findlay volleyball team defeated Saginaw Valley State University 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-16) on Sunday, September 25, in University Center, Michigan. The Oilers improve to 4-8 this season with a 2-6 conference record. The Cardinals drop to 5-2 in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action and 6-5 overall.

Mackenzie Vorst led Findlay with 12 kills and Jessica VonIns produced 29 assists in the contest.

Andrea Holthaus paced the Oiler defense with four blocks while Jacqui Endre generated 11 digs.

The Oilers will be back in action on Wednesday, September 28, when they host Urbana University. The game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Croy Gymnasium.
