The University of Findlay volleyball team was defeated 3-0 (25-21, 25-15, 25-21) by Ferris State in Findlay on Friday, October 19. The Oilers fell to 8-12 with a 5-5 mark in the GLIAC.

Danielle Taflinger and Maggie Naayers had 11 and eight kills, respectively. Amanda Calhoun generated 29 assists in the match.

Becca Shoemaker tallied 12 digs while Andrea Holthaus added six blocks for Findlay.

The Oilers return to action tomorrow, October 20, to host Grand Valley State. First serve is slated for 2 p.m.
