Oilers Complete Day Two Of Penn Relays

Results

The University of Findlay men and women's track and field teams completed day two of the Penn Relays on April 27th in Philadelphia.

On the men's side, Derrick Vicars took fifth in the discuss event with an NCAA provisional qualifying mark of 176'4, and ninth in the shot put with an NCAA provisional heave of 56'10.75.  Cory Vales had a fifth place finish in the high jump with a mark of 6'6.75.

Tim Sanders finished 13th in the 400-meter hurdles with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 52.25 while Glen Forsythe took 10th in the long jump with a leap of 22'80.5.

On the women's side, Raven Clay finished ninth in the 100-meter hurdles with an NCAA automatic qualifying time of 13.65.

The Penn Relays will continue tomorrow.
