The Roughnecks scored a pair of individual titles as senior James Wimer won the 157-pound weight class and junior Branson Proudlock was victorious at 141.

Wimer breezed through his weight class with a 4-0 record. He started the tournament by pinning Maryville's Bryce Raphael in 2:00 and then scored a major decision victory against Purdue's Cooper Noehre by a score of 12-1. In the semifinals, Wimer defeated Minnesota State-Mankato's Cooper Siebrecht 5-2 and then picked up the title with a 17-2, technical fall victory against McKendree's Jose Champagne.

Proudlock also recorded a 4-0 record for the Roughnecks en route to his championship. He began the tournament with a 4-2 win over Wisconsin-Parkside's Subhan Umar and then defeated Purdue's Michael Leveille 3-2. He picked up a 6-4 win over Wisconsin-Parkside's Cayden Henschel in the semifinals and captured the championship with a 17-2, technical fall victory against Northern Illinois' Kavan Troy in the final.

Senior Zachary Collins, freshman Ashton Anderson, and junior Hunter Reed also wrestled well as each of them posted a fourth place finish in their respective weight classes. Collins went 4-2 at 125, Anderson finished 5-1 at 133 and didn't wrestle the third place match because he reached the maximum amount for the tournament while Reed finished 4-2 at 174.
