Findlay, Ohio – The University of Findlay men's soccer team fell to Lake Erie College Storm 3-1, Wednesday, Oct. 11 at DeHaven Soccer Complex. With the loss, they fall to 4-5-3 on the season and 2-5-2 in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play. Meanwhile Lake Erie's improves to 6-4-2 and 5-2-2 in the G-MAC.
The first 45 minutes saw back-and-forth with the first half in a tie.
The action would begin in the 48th minute when Lake Erie's Tom Akinola found the back of the net. Just over a minute later, the Storm put another goal on the board after Wassim Metatla found the back of the net. In the 56

Mitchell Hanosh scored the Oiler's lone goal from an assist by freshman
Tyler Pawlicki. Lake Erie would add another goal in the 68th minute.
Senior goalkeeper
Andrew Boulton made a total of five saves during play while allowing the three goals.
The Oilers will be back in action Saturday, Oct. 14 when they travel to the Owensboro, Kentucky to face off against Kentucky Wesleyan at 2pm.
