Findlay, Ohio – The University of Findlay men's basketball team knocked off 17th-ranked Hillsdale College by a score of 81-65 on Feb. 25 in Niekamp Arena. The victory puts a cap on the Oilers 2022-23 season as they finish with a 15-13 record, which includes a 10-10 mark in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play.

The Oilers held the Chargers to a 39.7 percent (23-of-58) shooting clip and held a 40-30 advantage on the boards in the game. Findlay also connected on 46.6 percent (27-of-58) of their shot attempts and converted 13-of-24 (54.2%) tries from behind the three point line.

Junior Andrew Owens led the way with 18 points on 7-of-8 shooting while senior Joey Edmonds posted 16 points, five rebounds, and five assists.

Senior Nathan Bruns posted a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds while freshman Khalil Luster had eight points, three rebounds, and three assists.

The Chargers were led by Peter Kalthoff's 16 points.
