Findlay, Ohio- The University of Findlay men's soccer team hosted the Thomas More University Saints in a Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) match on Saturday, Oct. 26. Through ninety minutes of play, the match ended in a scoreless, 0-0 draw. The tie gives Findlay a 9-2-3 record on the year with a 5-4-2 mark in the league. Meanwhile, Thomas More moves to 5-8-2 with a 5-4-2 record in the conference.
Despite the Oilers offense firing 19 shots, five of which were on goal, the home team was unable to get on the board. Sophomore
Tyler Pawlicki was Findlay's main threat today as he managed three shots, two of which were on goal. The Saints recorded just five shots, two of which were on goal, resulting in two saves from junior goalkeeper
Keegan Grant.
Findlay has just three games remaining in the regular season. They will host Northwood on Thursday, Oct. 31 before capping off their schedule with road trips to Lake Erie and Tiffin.
