Owensboro, Ky.- The University of Findlay men's tennis team is in Owensboro, Kentucky for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Tournament. The Oilers, seeded second in the event, fell to the regular season champs and first seeded Tiffin, by a score of 4-3. Despite falling in doubles, the Oilers were able to secure three points in singles. With the fate of the championship on the line, Findlay fell short in the final match to finish runner-up in the tournament.

The Oilers will now await their fate as the NCAA Regional selection show will air May 6 at 8:00pm ET. The top-eight teams in the region will advance. In the latest regional poll, the Oilers were ranked eighth in the Midwest.
