Head Coach Jared Krout on the Championships

"Our team has been preparing well. We've had some good opportunities to compete throughout the year and I feel like we've been able to take advantage of those so far. Heading into this weekend, the expectation is that the team will be ready to give our best effort of the season. All the returners have been on championship teams before so they know what level of effort is required. If we do that, we always feel like we have a chance to win.

The key to success for us this weekend is really to focus on doing what we have prepared for all year and having great team energy for two days. Even though it is a long competition, momentum is such a big factor and we need to be ready to perform well from the first event to the last."
