Indianapolis, Ind. - Senior Kayla Dykin was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Pitcher of the Week as released on Monday, Feb. 23.

The Avon, Ohio native posted a 1–0 record with one save this week across two appearances. She recorded a 0.75 ERA and an outstanding 0.64 WHIP. In the season opener against IUP, she pitched three innings in the second half of a combined no-hitter. 

Overall, she threw 9.1 innings, allowing just one run and one walk while striking out 14 batters.
