Ivanova Lucero and Maria
Valentina Salek Rivero cruised to a 6–2 win, while
Maria Batinic and
Polina Zaytseva matched that score at No. 3. At the top spot,
Anamarija Kovacevic and
Audrey Ouellet fell 6–3, giving Findlay a 1–0 lead heading into singles play.
The Oilers carried that momentum into singles, dominating across all six courts. Salek Rivero posted a commanding 6–1, 6–0 victory at No. 3, Ouellet followed with a flawless 6–0, 6–0 sweep at No. 5, and Lucero closed out the match with a 6–0, 6–3 win at No. 6 to secure the team victory.
With the result, Findlay completed the 4–0 sweep, showcasing its depth, consistency, and control from start to finish.
The Oilers will return to action on Sunday, April 12, in Findlay at 1:30 p.m., hosting Ursuline College in continued G-MAC competition, looking to extend their strong conference run.
