It was another impressive season for the Orange and Black in 2025, as Findlay reached the NCAA Division II Playoffs for the second consecutive season. The Oilers finished the year with a 24-6 record and defeated Wayne State in a five-set thriller to open the Midwest Regional before falling to Indianapolis in the Round of 32. Findlay enters the 2026 season with no shortage of experience, returning 12 players who were part of both NCAA Tournament appearances.
Wick Colchagoff enters his 33rd season as head coach, compiling an overall record of 656-377. Colchagoff has led the program to eight postseason appearances, one G-MAC regular-season title and one G-MAC Tournament championship.
