The University of Findlay volleyball team earned their ninth straight win with a 3-0 (25-23, 25-21, 32-30) victory over Wayne State University on Tuesday, November 1, at Croy Gymnasium. The Oielrs improve to 14-11 on the 2011 campaign with a 8-9 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Contest (GLIAC).

Danielle Taflinger and Mackenzie Vorst led the Findlay offense with 14 and 13 kills, respectively. Jessica VonIns produced 37 assists for the Oilers.

Brittany Hall generated 12 digs in the contest as Taflinger had five blocks for Findlay.

The Oilers return to action on Saturday, November 5, against Northern Michigan with a 4 p.m. start time.
