The University of Findlay volleyball team defeated Ohio Dominican 3-2 (25-20, 20-25, 25-14, 24-26, 19-17) in Columbus. The Oilers rose to 10-14 on the season with a 7-6 mark in GLIAC action.

Danielle Taflinger tallied 17 kills and four blocks in the contest. Lindsy Reindel and Samantha Granger generated 12 and 11 kills, respectively.

Amanda Calhoun added 40 assists and three blocks for Findlay. Becca Shoemaker had 17 digs while Brittany Hall added 12 digs.

The Oilers will be back on the court on Tuesday, October 30 in Croy Gymnasium against Wayne State. The match is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
