The University of Findlay volleyball team was defeated by Malone University 3-1 (25-23, 23-25, 26-24, 25-20) on Saturday, November 3rd, in Findlay. The Oilers fall to 8-8 in the GLIAC and 11-16 on the 2012 campaign.

Danielle Taflinger led the Oilers with 15 kills and four blocks. Samantha Granger and Lindsy Reindel had 13 and 11 kills, respectively.

Amanda Calhoun tallied 41 assists and 13 digs in the contest. Brittany Hall generated 16 digs for Findlay. Andrea Holthaus had three blocks.

The Oilers will end their regular season with a home contest against Gannon University. First serve is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Croy Gymnasium.
