The University of Findlay volleyball team was defeated 3-1 (20-25, 19-25, 25-20, 20-25) by #25 Wheeling Jesuit University on Saturday, September 8, in Findlay. The loss gives the Oilers a 3-3 record on the season.

Junior Mackenzie Vorst recorded 13 kills to pace the Oilers in the contest while junior Danielle Taflinger had 12.

Senior Andrea Holthaus also chipped in with seven kills of her own in the loss while sophomore Amanda Calhoun generated 36 assists and eight digs in the match.

The Oilers will be back in action later tonight when they take on the University of Indianapolis at 6:30 p.m. to wrap up the Findlay Fall Classic.
