The University of Findlay men's soccer team lost to Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) foe Ohio Dominican University 2-1 on Sunday, September 21 in Columbus, Ohio. 

Ohio Dominican jumped out to a 1-0 lead when Jacob Atkinson scored at the 2 minute mark.  Then, at the 3 minute mark, the Panthers extended their lead when Michael Fragoulis scored off of an assist by Tanner Ebright. 

The Oilers got on the board when junior Ryan Poyle scored at the 6 minute mark.  His goal was assisted by junior Mark Sleasman. 

The Oilers had the edge offensively with a 14-12 advantage in shots; however, they were unable to capitalize on their scoring opportunities. 

Findlay goalkeeper Joe McClanahan took the loss in the net and had one save in the process. 

The Oilers, who are now 1-4 on the year, will travel to South Euclid, Ohio on Tuesday, September 23 to face Notre Dame College.
