University of Findlay volleyball team won their match today, September 23, against Kentucky Wesleyan 3-1 (22-25, 25-14, 25-17, 25-19). This brings the Oilers to a 12-1 record on the season, and 5-0 in conference play.

Findlay hit .326 as a team versus the Kentucky Wesleyan. Junior Amanda Winner led the team with 18 kills and 7 digs. Sophomore Molly Hammersmith recorded 12 kills, and sophomores Jenna Delarber and Shelby Kin added 8 kills each.

Junior Hailee Olsen recorded 51 assists, 3 kills, and 7 digs for the Oilers.

Defensively, Findlay was led by junior Kara Scherger with 19 digs, and senior Megan Wendel with 11.

The Oilers next match will be at home on September 28 versus Ohio Valley at 7:00pm.
