The University of Findlay volleyball defeated Tiffin University 3-1 (17-25, 25-16, 25-16, 25-17) on Oct. 20 in Findlay, Ohio. The win brings the Oilers' record to 18-5 on the season and 12-2 in the conference.

The Oilers were led by Junior Izzy Murphy who hit .467 by recording 18 kills and senior Amanda Winner who recorded 17 kills. Junior Shelby Kin added 13 kills, while sophomore Madison Moore contributed seven and Junior Molly Hammersmith added six.

Senior Hailee Olson recorded 57 assists against the Dragons.

Defensively, the team was led by Senior Kara Scherger with 27 digs, while sophomore Olivia Morrison had 15 digs and senior Ally Duncan and Winner each recorded ten.

The Oilers will be back in action on Oct. 26 in Owensboro, Ky.  where they will face Kentucky Wesleyan at 8:00pm.
