The University of Findlay volleyball team defeated Davis & Elkins 3-0 (25-22, 25-8, 25-18) on Sep. 21 in Findlay, Ohio. The win brings the Oilers' record to 10-2 on the season and 5-1 in conference play.

The Oilers hit .425 as a team and were led by junior Shelby Kin who hit for .667 by recording 12 kills. Senior Amanda Winner and junior Izzy Murphy both recorded eight kills for Findlay, while sophomore Madison Moore added four.

Senior Hailee Olson recorded 29 assists in the win.

Senior Kara Scherger led the team defensively by receiving 10 digs, while junior Ally Duncan recorded seven digs and Winner added five.

The Oilers will be back in action in tomorrow on Sep. 22 in Croy Gymnasium where they will face Alderson Broaddus at 2:00pm.
