Box Score 

Hammond, Indiana- The University of Findlay women's volleyball team completed play at the 2021 Midwest Regional Crossover on Saturday, Oct. 16. They lost a three-set match (25-23, 25-14, 25-17) to Lindenwood University. This brings the Oilers to a 11-6 record on the year and 7-2 in conference play.  

The Oilers were led by junior Laina Sansotta. She had 10 kills to assist the team and hit .5 for the match. Sansotta also contributed three blocks.  

Assisting Sansotta was freshman Journey Blevins who had 9 kills. She also added five digs.   

On the defensive side, senior Ashton Terrill had 8 digs and was assisted by sophomore Alissa Rhodes who had 5 digs.  

The Oilers hit .185 for the match while Lindenwood hit .412.  

The Oilers are back in action Friday, Oct. 22 against Tiffin at 7pm in Croy Gymnasium.
