Indianapolis, Ind.-  Freshman Colin Schadek was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week as released on Monday, Oct. 23.

The Liberty Township, Ohio native led the Oilers at the Doc Spragg Fall Invite playing some of the best golf of his young career. The Liberty Township, Ohio native held the overnight lead after firing a 36-hole total of 138 (-6), ranking fifth in program history. Despite firing another red number today, Schadek would finish runner-up to Grand Valley State's Nick Krueger. Schadek's rounds of 68 (-4), 70 (-2), and 70 (-2) gave him a total score of 208 (-8), the fifth best 54-hole score in program history. With his finish he earned all-tournament team honors.
