Dahlonega, Ga.- The University of Findlay women's golf team, ranked second in the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Division II rankings, finished fourth at the LeeAnn Noble Memorial in Dahlonega, Ga. on Tuesday, Oct. 8. The two day, 54-hole event featured seven nationally ranked teams including the Oilers, #5 Anderson, #7 Wingate, #8 Saint Leo, #10 Lee, #20 North Georgia, and #24 Florida Southern.
After 54-holes of play, Findlay finished fourth after recording rounds of 305 (+17), 279 (-9), and 283 (-5) for a three-round total of 867 (+3). Fifth ranked Anderson won the event, sweeping the field with a final 54-hole score of 27-under par.
Leading the way for Findlay was senior Mary Kelly Mulcahy who finished third place. After a record breaking day yesterday, the Lima, Ohio native recorded a one-under par round of 71. Her scores of 72 (E), 64 (-8), and 71 (-1) tying the program record of 207 (-9) that was set by Gabby Woods last season.Â
Sophomore Ashleigh Duflo recorded a top-25 finish after recording rounds of 75 (+3), 70 (-2), and 73 (+1). Senior Erin Mulcahy carded UF's low round of the day with a 69 (-3), moving her up 25 spots on the leader board to 24th place.

The Oilers will be back in action as they host the Intercollegiate at Nemacolin in Farmington, Pa. Oct. 21 and Oct. 22.
