Allendale, Mich. - The University of Findlay women's golf team, ranked third in the country, played the second of three rounds at the Folds of Honor Challenge on Monday, Sep. 16 in Allendale, Michigan at the Meadows of Grand Valley State University. The Oilers fired a second-round score of 297 (+13) and now sit just one stroke behind GVSU which leads the event at +34 through 36 holes.
Senior
Mary Kelly Mulcahy moved up one spot in the individual standings and now leads the tournament at two-over. On Monday, M. Mulcahy shot an even-par 71, tied for the best round of the tournament thus far, and has a two-round total of 144 (+2), two shots clear of GVSU's Olivia Stoll who is at +4.
Also making a move on Monday was sophomore
Ashleigh Duflo who shot a 72 (+1), six shots better than her Sunday round, sliding her up into sixth place.

The event will conclude tomorrow, Tuesday, Sep. 17 with a final 18-hole round. All players will shotgun start at 9:30 am with Findlay going off of holes one, two, and three. Individuals Ringger and James will be off of holes six and seven, respectively.
