Indianapolis, Ind. – On Wednesday, Nov. 12, the NCAA revealed its' second round of regional rankings for each of the eight super regions in women's soccer.. The University of Findlay is ranked ninth for the second week in a row and is one of four teams from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) to appear in the poll. The Oilers last, and only, appearance in the NCAA Tournament came back in 2019.
The Midwest Region will field a seven team bracket with split host sites with the number one and number two teams in the region hosting first and second round games. The regional final will be played at the lowest remaining seed.
This is the third of four regional announcements that will conclude with the NCAA DII Playoff bracket being announced on Monday, Nov. 17.
Findlay takes on Cedarville in the G-MAC Tournament Semifinal tomorrow, Nov. 13 in Ashland, Ohio.
