Indianapolis, Ind. – On Thursday, Nov. 13, the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced the women's soccer all-conference selections for the 2025 season. Findlay had six players selected including three first team picks and two second team picks, and the 2025 G-MAC Freshman of the Year. Senior Jenna Rybicki, junior Sydney Noble, and senior Avary Zeisloft were all named first team while sophomore Ashlyn Brown and junior Raegan Smith were named second team. Addison Williams was named Freshman of the Year.
Freshman of the Year - Addison Williams
In her debut season with the Orange and Black, Addison Williams quickly became a dynamic offensive presence, recording multiple hat tricks this year, including a three-goal performance in just 39 minutes during a 6-0 win over Kentucky Wesleyan, which earned her G-MAC Offensive Player of the Week honors. She finished the regular season tied for the most goals on the team with eight, second-best in the conference. Three of her goals were game-winning goals, second-most in the G-MAC, while her 18 points, which included a pair of assists, were tied for fourth in the league. Williams became the first freshman in the NCAA of the program to have multiple hat tricks in her debut season, both of which came against Kentucky Wesleyan and this year is one of just eight players in Division II with multiple hat tricks on her resume.
First Team All-Great Midwest
Earning her first career all-conference honor, senior Jenna Rybicki proved herself as one of the top defenders in the league, helping the Oilers to a goals against average of just 0.56, tied for second-best in the G-MAC and 23rd in the country. This year Findlay allowed just a total of ten goals and had 12 shutouts, the most in the league, while limiting opponents to just 2.6 shots on goal per game, second-fewest in the league.
In her final season at Findlay, senior Sydney Noble has earned first team all-G-MAC for a second consecutive year, tying Williams for a team-high eight goals and adding seven assists. Her goals are tied for second-most in the G-MAC while her assists are third. Noble tallied a total of 23 points, second-most in the G-MAC and eighth in the Midwest Region. This season, Noble, who scored or assisted in half of Findlay's games, was frequently on the attack, taking a league-leading 72 shots, an average of 4.4 per game which ranks 13th in Division II.
Sophomore midfielder Avary Zeisloft is an all-conference pick for the first time after a year in which she scored four goals and had three assists for a total of 11 points. Zeisloft had game-winning goals twice in one week, scoring the deciding goal on Oct. 2 against Walsh and then a week later in an important 1-0 win over Northwood.
Second Team All-Great Midwest
Sophomore defender Ashlyn Brown was another critical piece to the Findlay defense which proved to be one of the tops in the G-MAC, helping the Oilers to a goal differential of 27, fifth-best in the Midwest Region. Brown was a mainstay on the pitch for Findlay, playing 1,442 minutes thus far, second most on the team.
Also earning second team honors is senior Raegan Smith who was tied for third on the team with six goals and added two assists. Smith has been crucial down the stretch for the Oilers, scoring goals in four of the past five games.
