Findlay, Ohio- The University of Findlay student-athletes volunteered at Donnell Middle School on Friday, Nov. 6, in support of the Team Tressel Fitness Challenge.
Student-athletes representing softball, baseball, women's soccer, women's lacrosse, and women's track and field worked with seventh- and eighth-grade students to promote healthy habits that contribute to success in the classroom and throughout life. The initiative emphasizes fitness, nutrition, sleep, goal setting, mental wellness, and an attitude of gratitude.
Findlay student-athletes joined hundreds of current and former collegiate and professional athletes across Ohio who are volunteering their time to mentor students and encourage positive, healthy lifestyles.
