UF Athletics Launches Findlay NIL Exchange

Findlay, Ohio- The University of Findlay Athletic Department, in partnership with Teamworks Influencer, has launched the Findlay NIL Exchange to connect student-athletes and businesses for Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities.

Beginning March 11, UF student-athletes will have access to the Teamworks Influencer platform and the University of Findlay "Exchange" NIL marketplace, where they can build their personal brand, connect with businesses and community partners, and manage NIL engagements through a secure, compliant, university-supported platform.

Key features of the program include:
  • A free, intuitive NIL marketplace portal for student-athletes and external partners to connect.
  • Tools for self-disclosure of NIL opportunities, integrated tracking of deals, and built-in tax-reporting support (including 1099 generation).
  • Educational modules on brand-building, social media strategy, and financial literacy.
  • A unified system that streamlines oversight and reporting for the athletics department and ensures alignment with NCAA and institutional NIL policies.
