The University of Findlay volleyball team won their fifth straight match after defeating Tiffin University by a score of 3-1 (25-23, 27-29, 26-24, 25-18) on Friday, October 21 in Tiffin, Ohio.  The victory gives the Oilers a 10-11 record on the season with a 4-9 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

Sophomore Danielle Taflinger had a huge day for the Oilers as she accumulated a team-high 21 kills while hitting .581 during the match.

Sophomore Mackenzie Vorst added 17 kills while freshman Samantha Granger registered nine kills and a team-high 15 digs.

Senior Jessica VonIns added 50 assists and 12 digs during the win.

The Oilers will be back in action again tomorrow when they travel to Columbus, Ohio to face Ohio Dominican University at 5 pm.
