The University of Findlay women's soccer team tied their match against Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) foe Lake Erie College 0-0 on Friday, October 11 at DeHaven Field.

The Oilers had the edge offensively with a 15-9 advantage in the shot department and a 9-3 advantage in corner kicks. The defense was also stout, limiting Lake Erie College to nine shots.

Findlay goalkeeper Kelsea Corns took the tie in the net and had four saves in the process.

The Oilers, who are now 6-4-2 on the year and 2-2-2 in GLIAC play, will face GLIAC opponent Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan on October 18 at 7 p.m.
