The University of Findlay women's lacrosse team claimed an 18-6 win over Ursuline College on March 24 at the Armstrong Sports Complex. The win gives the Oilers a 5-2 record on the season with a 1-1 mark in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC).

Olivia Sherman and Brie Caruso led the way by scoring four goals apiece. Sherman added two assists, four draw controls and three ground balls while Caruso chipped in in two ground balls and an assist.

Sarah Kistner, Allison Kelly and Hannah Peebles each scored two goals apiece while Natalie Fury caused two turnovers and won six draws.

Brooke Eicher picked up the win and made nine saves.

As a team, the Oilers outshot the Arrows 28-19 and forced Ursuline into 17 turnovers during the win.

The Oilers will be back in action again on March 30 when they travel to Elkins, W. Va. to face Davis & Elkins at 3:00 p.m.
